Zdeněk Viktora graduated from the Department of Screenwriting and Dramaturgy at FAMU in Prague (2000-2009).
He is one of the few Czech filmmakers, who won the prestigious US Fulbright scholarship, which allowed him to study in New York at the Tisch School of the Arts.
In addition to a rich portfolio of tv series scripts (150 episodes of most popular Czech tv series like Ordinace v růžové zahradě, Cesty domů, Letiště etc…) he is also the author of screenplays that have won awards at international level (see awards)

SCREENPLAY.BY s.r.o., feature, documentary films and tv production company based in Prague, Czech Republic.
Was founded by Zdeněk Viktora, an experienced screenwriter with extensive experience in film and television production. (including approximately 150 episodes of most popular Czech TV series.)
We develop and produce quality mainstream films with box office potential, high production values and the potential for international co-production as well as small budget “auteurs” films. We pay special attention to genre films, their development and quality workmanship. We focus on international co-productions, both as a majority and minority partner.
We also produce corporate documentaries, promotional films and music videos.
SCREENPLAY BY has a sister company with full-service operations in Bucharest, Romania.
