Zdeněk Viktora's screenplay Tearphone won the contest organized by the Central European Sundance Institute Screenwriting Workshop. Hotel Prague, then gained the grant from the Fund for Support and Development of Czech Cinematography. (V.O.) won the Literary newspaper award for the most original screenplay at the FAMU festival. His other feature-length screenplay for a Jakub Sommer’s film Raporter, on which he has collaborated with Tomas Holeček, is currently in production.
